Hello everyone
My name is Dan, I'm 21 and blessed with the body fat of 2 people. I wasn't always fat, but I was always bulky. In comp I used to lift 100-110kgs on a bench, and I remember being around the 105-110kgs mark in weight too. Now I am (correct as of 16:50 today) 247lbs! which is nearly the same as I was when i was in school, BUT, I was FAR fitter and stronger back then
My heaviest weight was around 320 lbs when I was 19. I quickly changed my diet then and got my weight to 280 ish and stayed there for a while. I was happy with the way I looked.
Now, I want to change. I do not want to be the fat guy any more, I want to be the average healthy person, the person who can feel confident in himself when speaking to, not only women I find attractive, but people who I meet through Uni, work and friends.
I am not doing this for a girl, at least I wasn't originally, but it sure will help in building confidence for me to get the courage to do something with my self and my life.
