Babyweight!

First time I have ever been on a forum or even properly weighed myself to keep track....hopefully I'll be able to share my weight loss journey with some others to keep me motivated.
OK - so I know it is not great to lose weight quickly but after being in denial about the amount of weight I put on whilst pregnant I finally weighed myself the other day....OMG, I was horrified. I have lost some weight since having the baby (10 months ago) but was still 15st 8lbs! At 5ft 10 that means I am obese (however I'm also still carrying enormous post breastfeeding boobs which weigh 1st 8lbs between them!). I am going to my ex's wedding in 3 weeks so have to look more like I used to and not just big fat Mamma. I know there is no way I can lose 5st in 3 weeks but am working hard to make a dent in my target.
So, on Sunday I started the Royal Danish Hospital Diet after looking at various diets online...
After 2 days I have lost 3lbs which is great - although I am going to bed hungry every night. I have approached weight loss like a job - made charts and everything.
So, am hoping to do 13 days on RDHD then do a low fat, low carb plan (probably using Dukan principles). Has anybody out there done anything similar?
