Newbie right here :)

Hello everyone. Just thought I'd introduce myself. You can call me Shayne, I'm 23y/o and I've been working on losing weight since January of this year. So far, I've tried cutting down my portions, joined the gym, got a trainer and managed to lose 25lbs. I've been stuck for 3weeks now and thought I needed help from people who know what I'm going through. I've searched online for forums and luckily I found this one. I am looking forward to meeting all you good people and be friends in the future
 
Hey Shayne, congrats on the weight loss so far! Have you tried changing up your workouts? Your body gets more efficient at doing the same exercises over and over, so sometimes changing up the type of workout or the intensity can help get you over that hump.
 
I have been increasing the intensity of my workouts per week and basing from my exercise journal, that's when I stopped losing weight. I don't know what to do! :( :(
 
Maybe try going back to the workouts that you were doing while you were still losing weight and see if you start to lose it again. It's possible that you're working out at too high of an intensity, too often. If that's the case, then your muscles could be using primarily carbohydrates for energy rather than fat.

Have you changed anything in your diet in the last few weeks?
 
Welcome! Why don't you start a diary on here so others can see what you are doing and offer suggestions and tips. There are many very knowledgeable people here that are very willing to help!
