hello all..
i'm 25 this year and my waist size is 36inches... i am planning to lose 10 inches off my waist. I love food and have been recovering from a surgery (intestinial obstruction) 2 years ago and i'm also suffering from slip disc.
i hope to reach my goal soon but trying to lose weight with slip disc makes it a lot harder for me to achieve it but i hope i can.
