Newbie Just Saying Hi!

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd drop a line to say hello as I've just registered.

A little bit about me: 27 year old male from Newcastle (UK), Im currently weight training three times per week, playing football once per week, circuit training once per week, and doing a run (between 5 and 7 miles) once per week.

My goals are to improve my overall fitness and gain lean muscle - my ideal build would be a footballer-type physique.

I lost 2st 1lb between New Year and the first week in March by sticking to the programme above and eating as per the Slimming World plan. Now I need to change my exercise plan a bit to keep it interesting!

Im from Leeds, so not far. Hopefully you will find this forum useful and motivational! Like i and probably many others have!
