Newbie Just giving it a try one day at a time

Hello Fitness.com, Well here I am starting over & loving it!!! 42 year old recently single,mother of two teenage girls who both have a crazy schedules add in a very physical, varried hours job = not too much time for work-outs but Iwant/need it bad, I keep saying I'm gonna get started but am a slight procrastinator for "ME" stuff. So here it is:
Over the past year I've had a few changes lifestyle changes and ended up loosing about 50 lbs without trying, great right!...unfortunately I didnt work out in the process and ended up with some flabby arms/thighs and abs. So now I'm trying to tone/firm everything up and have no clue on where to get started... I welcome any words of wisdome that might help...
 
Welcome and congrats on the weight loss. Read the stickies in each section. A weight-training and cardio program will get you whipped into shape in no time. You have made great progress and don't have far to go.
