Newbie intro!

Not entirely sure I'm in the correct forum, but here I am. I'm a guy, about 6'-1" or 2", 185lbs. I've got some spare meat around the middle, nothing to bad, but I'd like to firm up and tone up. I'm not looking for bodybuilding, I just want to look and feel better.

While it'd be "amusing" to get back to where I was in college (same height, around 130-140lbs, yes I was skinny!), that ain't going to happen.

I'd also like to help my wife shed some weight (she wants to), and firm up and tone up. We're both some out of shape, in general...
