hi.. im new as you can see! Im 20 and weigh just under 12 stone.. as u can imagine its very depressing being at a weight you dont like and ive finally realised its tie to do something about it! i never lost my baby weight from my son and hes just gone 2 years old so ive put it off way too long. basically i just need some advice and people to talk to through all this.
