Hello all. I go through spurts of working out, exercising, eating right and then I stop. It happens about 4 or 5 times a year. I started back yesterday and I want to tone up (here I go again). I'm 6ft and around 200lbs. 25 to 30 of that being extra body weight (beer belly) I figured if I visited a forum where everyone was doing what I'm doing, It might motivate me. The man who invented DVR must own a pizza parlor. We watch too many shows
