newbie in denial

hi, i have been in denial over my overweight status. i weigh 180 pounds but keep decieving myself that i would lose it. its been that way for the past 6 months. i have a food addiction and i am lazy to exercise. please i wanna lose the weight. i need all the support and advice i can get, please. thanks everyone
 
you're gonna have to get over the lazy excuse...

Start on this forum by educating yourself ans reading the stickied threads... that will give you a good starting point for advice.. ask questions in thsoe trheads about what you dont understand.. Start in nutrition -as the basis of all weight loss is a sound nutrition program then go to on topic.

Start small with managable changes and so one thing at a time
