Newbie here!

Hi! I'm 59 years old, have been fitness-walking for 15+ years. No real athlete here, just trying to keep the blood pressure & cholesterol down. My wife and I are empty nesters (and loving it!), so we have more control of our own lives and can be pretty consistent with a daily 3 mile walk - often the highlight of our day.
