lol ok, how can i gain the most that is not empty carbs.... whats a good start? how many times per day should i eat...no worries about workout, and what should i eat...i have a very fast motablizm and need to gain some fat and i would love to be able to gain alot of muscle,....what should i eat for breakfeast? im getting sick of eggs, how much protein should i be eating a day, when should i take the protein..b4 of after my workout, alot of questions but any feedback will help thx
