hey i just signed up ans seeking advice on eating and exercising, i want to gain 50lbs in 3 months i hope you guys can help i have trouble putting the weight on

Why would you want to gain that much. Even if you weight train and eat properly, around 40-45 pounds of those pounds would be fat and some water.
3 months period is a very shourt period of time for adding that much weight. Most people don't add that much in a year.
 
lol ok, how can i gain the most that is not empty carbs.... whats a good start? how many times per day should i eat...no worries about workout, and what should i eat...i have a very fast motablizm and need to gain some fat and i would love to be able to gain alot of muscle,....what should i eat for breakfeast? im getting sick of eggs, how much protein should i be eating a day, when should i take the protein..b4 of after my workout, alot of questions but any feedback will help thx
