But certainly not to trying to lose weight.

394 or thereabouts. I'm ashamed to write that number.

It got worse and worse since quitting WW but it had gotten bad too after the initial weight loss. But it didn't get real bad until I quit.

I'm good at denial. Real good, unfortunately. I can fool people around me. I can fool myself.

It's not impossible to ignore. I'm extremely uncomfortable all of the time.

It just gets worse and worse. And I won't do anything about it until I hit rock bottom.

I'm at my wit's end here. :(

Sorry to sound so exasperated.

When I came back from holiday two years ago I was bursting out of my clothes. I was going to have to buy a new kilt, cost approximately $1,000. My knees hurt and I was genuinely fat.

The cost and thought of having to throw out something I loved and had had for so long inspired me to take action. I did take action and dropped over 50 lbs in 6 months doing no extra exercise.

What I did wasn't easy but it worked really well for me. Have you decided to take action? If you have you have the power to make a change.

I didn't think of it as going on a diet, I thought of it as making a lifestyle change I also didn't set out trying to lose 50lbs I tried to lose 10, then another 10, then another 10.

I hope you achieve your goals.

I signed up for weight watchers. My wife found all the info.

Now the hard part: sticking to this and getting going with it. :(

Thank you for your response.
