Hi folks! Just wanted to say hello to all! I am on this new journey to back to a fit and healthy self. I know it will take more than 21 days, but my current small goal is to focus on breaking some old or rather adding newer, healthier habits in the next 21 days.
I haven't found any in-person friends to take this task on and I am hoping I kind find an online community that will support, help and guide me to going back to a healthier me! Any comments, questions or helpful advice or links welcome! Let's get this this party started!
