Hi folks! Just wanted to say hello to all! I am on this new journey to back to a fit and healthy self. I know it will take more than 21 days, but my current small goal is to focus on breaking some old or rather adding newer, healthier habits in the next 21 days.

I haven't found any in-person friends to take this task on and I am hoping I kind find an online community that will support, help and guide me to going back to a healthier me! Any comments, questions or helpful advice or links welcome! Let's get this this party started! :party:

You seem to be hitting the nail with changing habits in 21 days.....you seem to be knowing the theory......but its not just about 21 days its more than that.about the temperament,attitude,positive thinking ,and hope...... to be healthy and fit......its about each day....and its the sum that counts :)
SO dear just stick to your plans, start slow, have patience and believe in yourself :)
what are your weight loss plans? would like to know them, how much u wanna loose.....

How are you? I have 28days to make a difference in my eating habits etc. I joined here about 5weeks ago and for 3 of them I did great and then lost my way but now I have 28days exactly to make myself look and feel better. I have a long long long way to go beyond that but need to look semi-decent or better than I do now in 28days time.
May I ask what changes you plan to make?
