Newbie here

Hi, everyone! I'm glad to have found a place I can keep a workout journal. I tried starting one on shape.com, but realized nobody really uses that forum and I'm looking forward for the support from others in my fitness and nutrition endeavors. I'm not so good with motivation, except that I'm hating the way my body is looking now. I will be starting a workout journal and thank you for letting me be here!

its ok that you dont' have alot of motivation...thats an emotional quality anyways. Set yourself up so that you operate out of habit. If you have any questions, please let us know :)
