Newbie here!!

Hey there! I'm Suzanne from Michigan. I walk 7 miles a day in order to lose weight and try my best to live a healthy lifestyle. I have a goal to lose 100 pounds total. So far, I have lost about 25 pounds. I don't run or anything just walk just about everyday. I have a Wii fit plus..I use that at least 3 days a week. Anywho, thats me! Hope to meet some new people around here! I am entering my first 5k walk next month! =)

Hi Foxygrl! You have come to the right place. How long did it take you to lose that weight?
Even I am aiming to lose around that much weight so looking forward to reading your inputs.
 
Shing, I think confidence is key. Look up high, say to yourself you can do this..make the changes you want and then you should feel better. I walk for my main exercise and sometimes just walking a few miles help. I feel better about myself and I know my weight will drop in time. The more you stress over your weight or other things the longer it will take. Live life and continue to make those changes and you will see results in no time. :)

Congrats on your weight loss so far. I am also walking to lose weight, I've been doing about 5 miles a day and have been using my wii fit as well.

Chi, saw your introduction in the newbie section, welcome!! I don't have any kids yet and not looking forward to the weight gain to after all this work, but my plan is to eat healthy and exercise when that time comes. I'm 210 now, looking to get down to 140. Good luck to you!!
