Hello everyone!

Although I lead an active lifestyle, I still think that losing 10-15 pounds would put me at the perfect weight for my body. Any tips on getting started? Thanks bunches!

Hi! I am in the same boat as you. I am trying to lose 10 lbs. I have done it before but various events led to weight gain.

I've learned that exercise and counting calories is key. You say you lead an active lifestyle. Maybe kicking up your cardio up a notch?
