I'm new here and ready to shed some pounds.
a little info about me:
4'11 and weight 139 lbs.
I'm aiming for 110 lbs.
I had been going to the gym for more than a month, before that I was 148 lbs.
Couple years ago I lost about 30 lbs in 5 mos.
I was so proud of myself by doing exercise and eating less.
well after coming back from my trip. I gained all my weight back and more.
Now I'm back to my highest ever almost 150. That when I realized I need to loss weight and stop eating after hour.
I think I have a weight problem. I keep losing and gaining it back.
After reading everyone story and seeing pictures. It encourage me to loss weight, and makes me feel like i'm not the only one.
And this time I promise myself not to let myself gain it back again.
