Newbie here.

Hi AngelicaHope. For starters, my goal is to ride my exercise bike 1 hour each day. I would like to drop 40 lbs (current weight is 170 and I am 5'2"). I haven't set a time but I am focusing on consistency with my workouts and nutrition.
 
yeah consistency is important... im really bad about starting strong and then putting more and more days between my last workout lol.
