Hello, my name is Denise, and i'm a stay at home mom of 2. i'm 29 yrs old and i'm trying to become healthy. I started a low calorie diet last monday (13th) and so far i lost 10 pounds. :) i eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. i started to exercise too. i need to lose alot more weight, i want to get down to 135lbs. i haven't been that size since high school.. anyway i just wanted to say Hi...
 
Welcome. I'm new here too. Just wanted to stop in and wish you luck. Congrats on the 10 pound loss. Stay focused, you can do it.
