Hello, my name is Denise, and i'm a stay at home mom of 2. i'm 29 yrs old and i'm trying to become healthy. I started a low calorie diet last monday (13th) and so far i lost 10 pounds.
i eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. i started to exercise too. i need to lose alot more weight, i want to get down to 135lbs. i haven't been that size since high school.. anyway i just wanted to say Hi...
