Newbie, here!

It is a wonderful place here :) Start by reading some of the stickies in the exercise and nutrition forum, maybe making your own diary, and getting some sort of routine as far as eating and exercise that you will maintain. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a quick fix!

Anything inparticular you are trying to get the weight/inches off for?

I have fibromyalgia, and would like to lose the weight to help me feel better. So, health reasons! Lol. :D

I know I'm in for the long haul, here. I'm looking forward to reading the posts!
