Newbie Here!!

Hey everyone. I am a 19 year old male who currently weighs 215 and is 5'10''. I really would like to get down to 180. I am hoping everyone here can give me the support I need to make it through this tough time of old fashioned dieting and exercise. I love knowing I am not on this journey alone. :) Thanks

Just flat out not eating what I used to before. I plan on eating fruits and veggies in between meals. A lot of water, fruit juices. No junk food, only sparingly. Lean meats, chicken, fishes. Salads with low fat dressings. Also, exercising and then once I get down to a comfortable weight, I can build a little muscle. I was once 175 but then I started college and I just kept eating and eating junk and gained a lot of weight.
