Hi everyone! I'm a 46 yrs. old women with a fairly busy life. I need motivation and support to get going on a weight loss journey. After losing 30 lbs. 6 months ago, I gained it all back, as Christmas approached. Now I feel discouraged, mad at myself, and overwhelmed at all the choices out there. ....Help?!:mad:

Welcome to the forums, my advice is you sit down and really figure out what your goal is, and part of your goal should be verbs on how to reach that goal. It's frustrating, but you need to figure out why you're at where you are, where you need to be (you may need to talk with a doctor about this one) and how you can get there by improving your lifestyle and not doing things like crash dieting.
