Newbie here

Hey all. I'm 16 at 120 lbs, and around 5'4. Not too sure bout my limitations on working out and everything, but i'm quite strong for my age, or so i've heard from others, but i suppose that happens with 2 years experience of wrestling. Anyway, hopefully i'll find some ways in this forum to beef up :p all though i've got quite a physique goin as it is ;). Anyway, see ya all in the boards.
 
ugh, in school i went to the weight room today and i could hardly curl 50 lbs 3 times, my body started wobbling and stuff, i'm definately losin it, and when i punched the punching bag, i think i popped a blood vessel next to each pinky, because it's all red like blood's in there, and i broke my skin on my knuckle, such fragile skin..

Heavy bag? Don't punch it with bare hands. And, wrap your wrists, because you WILL damage them over time.
 
they did have boxing gloves there, but only one pair, and they were a bit big, and i think the friction of them rubbing against my skin is what caused my hands to get a bit messed up. But, it's my school, you can't expect them to have all the essentials such as wrapping :p
