Hi, I'm 23 years old and sick and tired of being the weight I am. I've peaked at 224 pounds as a 5' 6" female and I want to lose some weight. Not only for myself but for my health as well. I just need to.

I know about the change in diet and exercising more, is there any more advice that anyone can give me?

Hello AJ, welcome to WW Forum. I think its wonderful you made a decision to lose weight, because of yourself and your health.
losing weight is a journey i signed up for 4 months ago. i was also tired of myself and said no more. i started watching what i eat and how much i eat. the first thing i did was to start my own diary...so do that at the diary section. once you start your diary at first keep track of what you eat, and how much you exercise, and off course be honest with yourself.
there are a lot of people here who will help you. you may want to try out these sites to see how many calories you have per day: and ww.sparkpeople.com
and read around some diaries. i'm sure you'll find them very helpful.
good luck with your goals.
Lena
