Hey all!
I'm a girl who has been a little chunky for a while and I recently checked my BMI to find it almost reads obese. 182....me? No way. I guess I have to face the truth though.
Yes I'm a vegetarian, and I just completed my first year of college. I'm trying to loose around 20 pounds by next semester. I'm going with my friend to a David Archuleta concert and there is a pair of size 10 jeans I want to fit into by that time--August 10th.
I have trouble with my hips so exercise can be hard. (I was born with my hips deformed and tilted the wrong way...looking at me it just looks like I'm pigeon toed. Unlike most people who are pigeon toed, mine problem is at the hips not the knees, or feet.) I'm going to the doctor this week to see if there is something to be done about the pain--constant aching for the past 4-ish years. I think loosing some of the weight can also help.
Here's to starting!
