Newbie Here, Please Help

I am new here and I found this forum, and it looks to be one that really cares about its members. I need some major help in diet and exercising.
I am a:

Female: 49
Weight: 225
Height: 5'2"
Bodyfat- unknown

I have lost 21 lbs since January, by just making healthier eating choices, and walking 30 minutes on the treadmill each day.
But I have no idea, exactly how I should be eating, except for I try for 5 small meals a day, with the middle ones being a piece of fruit.
Exercising, I don't belong to a gym, can't afford any machines.
And since Friday, have a cast on my right wrist for the next 6 weeks.
I can't get it wet even with sweat or they say it will smell big time. I have my daughter-in-laws wedding shower in 4 weeks (so cast can't smell)and I my sons wedding in 9 weeks, and would like to lose 20+ lbs more pounds if possible by then. I know I need to lose alot more, but that is my first goal.
Please, I need to really get myself in the best shape and do it soon.
Need to lose alot in my stomach, butt and legs, but need it all over.
Can someone PLEASE HELP Me.
Thank you !!!!!!

Eat as lean as you can, increase your veggies and fruits to 3-5 servings a day. These make excellent snacks. Instead of beef opt for chicken or seafood. If your a carb-a-holic cut down on your carbs. Instead of white bread, try a multi-grain or whole wheat. Look at the saturated fats in the foods you eat, these can are the worst fats that you can be eating.

If you love cheese (like I do) try the low-fat or fat free cheeses. You still get the flavor but less cals and fat. If your a coffee or soda drinker, switch to diet soda and caffein free coffee. Increase your water intake, and make your goal to primarily drink water. It'll help your body flush toxins out of your system, increase your energy, and make your skin look a lot better.

Eating healthy is a lifestyle change, it's not an easy habit to get into, but once you do, you will feel a whole lot better. It took me almost a year to not have to constantly think about what I was eating.

As far as your cast goes, keep walking, it's very good for you. I would recommend Walk away the pounds, get the express tapes (they don't use any other props which would be hard with your cast) and they come in a one mile, two, three, and four mile tape. I started with these and I still love them. Once your cast comes off and you regain strength in your wrist, you can increase intensity and try some different excercises.

I don't go to a gym either, I do everything at home.
