Newbie here NEED YOUR HELP

I have been trying to exercise pretty recently because i was tired of my little gut. I am 20years old 6'0 200lbs right now, so far this is wat i have done past few days.

Today: Jogged 3 Miles
Tuesday: Rested/9 Hr Shift at work
Monday: Jogged 5 Miles
Sunday: Jogged 4 Miles
Saturday: Stationary bike 10 miles
(In shape wise i have good endurance because i play full court basketball a lot)

Along with this i have been cutting back on foods taking smaller portions and stuff and also started eating alot of salad/fruits in between meals if i got hungry, but haven't really counted how much calories i have been eating.

i would like to know by doing all this how fast will i see results, as in will i lose at least 1lb body fat per week?
 
Impossible to say. Everyones body is different. I can say this though. You will have to get militant about what you eat and keep track of it. I know. I was 6' 200 just a couple months ago. Measure your food and track your calories. That way if you don't have the results you want at least you will know why.
 
You'll be burning off a lot of muscle unless you're getting enough strength trainning in and protien in your diet.
