Newbie here! Looking for motivation with the last 40lbs.

Hello everyone,

My name is Phil, I am 24 years old and I currently weigh 225lbs at 5'8".

When I first began my fat loss journey, I was 396lbs and I am so close that I can practically taste the success.

My diet is most a paleo type diet (meats, berries, etc..) and my current training style is "crossfit."

It's pretty demanding, but it's kicked me back in to high gear. I look forward to posting and encouraging others as well.

What incredible weight loss you've had already! Congrats on that milestone! I'm sure these last 40 will be a snap in comparison to what you've already been through. Welcome!
 
Thanks! Actually, the last 40 are proving to be a real pain in the butt! Haha. The first bit of weight was almost easy, not many plateau's since I was so heavy. Now it's down to the last 40-50lbs and my body is not letting it go so easily.

The problem lies in the diet, I know with a strict diet, I can conquer this flub! No more of this :cheers2: for a while.
 
Well when I get to my last stubborn pounds I'll come bug you to see what worked. Are you starting a thread in the journal section so we can cheer you on?
