Hello, my name is Eddie and I'm new to the site. As most of you, I arrived here looking for support and to offer the same to anyone who needs the same. I need a few pointers though, cannot get my weight ticker properly on posts, how do you do that??. You see, my mind is already on this ticker instead of food, great ha....
I also intend to either keep a diary, which I also haven't figured out yet, or/and to browse through the ones available, to find info and motivation. Any help is welcome. By the way, I started out 2 weeks ago at 261.8 lbs and am now 249.3, just a regular diet and walking, not looking for any pills or else. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
