Hi there,
About a year ago, I decided that enough was enough and slowly but surely changed my lifestyle. Today, I weigh 170 lbs (was 209 lbs) at 5.9, and my fat percentage is 31 (was over 40).
Now, I am ready to step up my efforts to get to 152 lbs, and a fat percentage below 25%. This is my strategy for achieving my goals:
* Cardio, 3 times per week, at least 45 minutes at 70-85%. I bought a heart rate meter for this.
* Weights, 3 full body work outs per week. I am stepping up the effort level.
* Diet, reduce alcohol to once a week, no other changes as my diet is pretty healthy already.
I'll stay accountable through this forum and welcome any suggestions!
Cheers,
Sally
