I found this forum by googling and thought what a great place to get some motivation and support. My name is Kat, I am 32 years old and I have 2 children, my son is an active 12 year old and I have a 5 year old daughter who has endless energy...(something I lack) I have been battling a weight problem it seems all my life...I've done about all the fad diets that are on the market, and with no success, I've managed to gain more and more weight. I've basically put all the blame on other people on why I am over-weight, but the truth is it's no ones fault by my own...I've have recently gone through a divorce and slipped into depression for about three years...It's time that I put the past in the past, and move foward into the future...and with that said, I would like to take the steps to a healthier life style for myself and my children. I am excited to meet new people who are willing to share the challenge of weight loss!!!
I have started dieting January 3rd, and my start weight was 222.5 to date I am weighing in at 214. I have made some drastic changes in my eating and drink tons of water!! I've incorperated some exercise into my daily routine...
