Newbie from Wales, and big time proud of it

Hi all new to this forum,

Not sure how it all works but here we go. I am what I think of as a bit of a fitness nut. All I really talk about is going to the gym and doing anything to do with being fit. Not as fit as I would like to be, but there is always room for improvement. I love to have a go at anything fitness related.

I power kite, play rugby, Rollerblade, run, cycle, surf, swim and of course go to the gym. I am at my happiest in the gym. Go twice a day everyday.

I am looking for help and advice on my training and I have been asked to train a friend of mines young son.

I am also interested in doing a qualification in personal training any tips or dose anybody know what once to do.

Hope to hear from you.

Matt

I've just got my qualifications, the course in Australia is great. The information is unreal. I also have always been going to the gym and participating in a lot of sport activities, team and individual and have always considered myself to have a good knowledge, but I learnt so much in the course. It really was good. I hope you find the forum useful =)

Welcome to the forum!

Keep that whip out...:violent:....and keep rocken', and feelen' good!

Best wishes,

Chillen
