I am a newbie living in the UK.
Right now I'm at 195lbs (give or take!) and I want to get down to 140lbs.
I'm 5'8 and work from home, this coupled with the fact that my partner can eat his body weight in junk and not gain a lb - have helped contribute to me steadily gaining 50 lbs over a 3 year period.
Not that it hasn't been enjoyable eating pizza and donuts whilst abandoning my work out routine, and being loved up.....but feeling heavy and 'slow' are making me want to get up and take action.
Am really lucky that I have the support of my lovely fiance, but am also looking to make links with people on a similar path to myself.
