Newbie from North Carolina

Hi, my name is Beth. I am 24 and I live in the mountains of North Carolina. I currently weight 307 and my ultimate goal is 165. I do not plan to rush this.
What I am currently doing:
I started last week. I was at 310. I started a multi vitamin from GNC. I have also started the 60 day workout on the NFL training camp on my Wii. My boyfriend is standing behind me on this and is even working out with me, but he is not heavy like I am.

I am happy with myself. I want to do this to help my health. I have knee issues and issues with my feet due to my weight. Otherwise I am healthy(no blood pressure issues, diabetes etc.)

I have dogs that I walk regularly and enjoy being outside. My biggest issue is my diet...I live in the South so bread is a staple in any dinner. Cost is also my issue as I am on the lower end of the wage spectrum.

Currently I am eating 6-8 small meals a day which has helped a ton. I am here to have support and help me as a whole. I want to learn new exercises and ways to feel better.

The attached photo is a photo of my boyfriend and I 2 weeks ago. I want to use this as my starting point and keep going.

Welcome to the forum lovely :D I suggest making a diary in the diary section when you get a chance--Great place to log food and activity!
