Newbie from New Zealand

Hello all

My name is Antoinette, and I have been off and on different diets for the past 6 years. Last week I decided no more fad diets, and I went to see a dietitian for the first time. I am now learning to eat healthy, and I know the weight will come off slowly, but I won't be restricting myself too extremely like I did before on a few other high profile diets in the past....(which always worked, but I always regained!)

I currently weigh 82.2kgs (around 181 lbs) and my goal is between 60 - 65kg (132 - 143lbs). I'm looking forward to this journey, which starts today.....and hope to reach my goal by the end of the year, and in that time, retrain myself to eat "normally". :hurray:
