Newbie from Chi-town

Hey guys, I'm a 27 year old guy from the South Side of Chicago. Six months ago, I weighed 249 and decided to do something about it. I've gotten down to 215, and for the last 3 months I've kinda hit a stand-still. I started running to lose weight, and now do it 2-4 times a week as well as weightlifting. I now started a new gym, but figured I should get into a forum for advice/info/motivation. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your current progress - I've found that mixing weight training and cardio is effective for taking fat off.
