hello everyone my name is Rachelle. i have been overweight since highschool (10 years ago was graduation) and i'm finally realizing i'm not happy like this. i started counting calories around the first of the year and realized i was eating WAY too much. I cut back to 1200 - 1500 cals a day, depending on work schedule (retail, on my feet 8 hours running around a department store). so far so good. i have lost 3 pounds and around 1 1/2 pant sizes.. and i squeezed into a size 16 dress at work, that is my goal at the moment, to actually be able to wear the clothes we sell. I look forward to getting to know everyone and supporting you all in your weight loss.
