Hi everyone, just registered this morning and I am looking forward to reading all the great information here and of course "meeting" you.
I'm not really following any structured diet, just cutting out all the junk food and huge portions. I started out at 196 (I'm 5'8) and as of today I'm 161. I was "kinda stuck" at 176 from June till Sept but then again it was summer here and bbq and well you get the picture. At least I didn't gain anything back!
I started back in earnest on Sept 8 and I'm at 161 so I'm very pleased. Started my idea of exercise - learn to belly dance!
