Hi just wanted to say hello to everyone, Im 54 and have strugled with my weight for many years,in recent years I have become more aware of food intolerences, thise foods that make me feel uncomfotable or ill.

As part of a positive life change, I decided near the beginning of September to lose my weight and for good.

My stats then were: 213 lbs
BMI = 32
43" chest
43 Waist
43 Hips

Now at the end of October

My stat are 188 ibs
BMI = 27
41" Chest
37 waist
40 Hips

Have I done ok, do you think I should still aim for BMI of 25 which will give me a weight of 163 Ibs which feels really low??

Congrats on your weight loss!

What is your height and frame size? Are you male or female? BMI is not always a good indicator of whether or not you're at a healthy weight. Judging by your measurements, I'd say you probably should lose a little more. But that depends more on your height and frame.
