I'm currently 225 lbs and need to get that back down to at least 175 to be healthy. I'm looking for meal advice along with direction on how to best do this as I'm a Husband, Father of one awesome 4 year old (with another one on the way in March), college student, and full time worker. Needless to say, a midst all of that my eating and exercise habits have gone down the tubes. I look forward to learning and loosing with everyone here.
