my name is kirsty, i'm 21 and have lost 45 pounds since i was 18, yay!
i'm hoping to lose another 14lb and get to a size 12 jean. a lot of this will (hopefully) be in the next few months as i always find it easier in the summer. i have the energy to exercise when its bright outside whereas when its grey outside i tend to hibernate. today i reached 12 stone which was what i reached last summer before the dark days started. so this is my new starting point and i can't wait to get into the 11's.
so i'll be using this as a daily motivator and reading through the discussions. i've always found these helpful; its the first time i will be contributing to them though.
i guess i'm already pretty happy with how i look. i'm 12stone and 5'9." But another stone would make me actually slim and healthy looking. any lower than this will just be a bonus.
things that seem to be working for me: exercise 3x/ week, davina's workout dvds, coconut oil (definately curbs my sugar cravings), 3 healthy meals a day but not counting calories.
