I just returned from a vacation. I don't want to look at myself in the mirror and I cannot believe or want to accept what I currently look like. But, you must hit bottom before you go up. Well, I have hit bottom.....Recently, I underwent some foot surgery and currently going through injections due to a pinch nerve, However, no more excuses. I am starting on the LA Weight Loss program tomorrow. Previously, I had lost 40 lbs with the program and it seemed to work for me. Instead of purchasing the bars via internet (I also got burnt by LA), purchased Luna bars. I have the program on the refrigerator, made my lunch for tomorrow. In need of support.
