Hi to everyone out there reading this. I just found this site about a half hour ago and it looks cool so here I am. almost a year ago I started eating healthy and exercising and I lost 16lbs then came winter and I couldnt hike anymore or take walks outside so I kinda got lazy. Anyway I gained 6 of the 16 back and now I just recently started back again since its nice here again in indiana. My bestfriend and I just started yoga booty ballet and its awesome.. but they kick your ass!! I've just lost 3lbs my first week and I joined here to get inspiration and ideas on different ways of loosing the last 20lbs. So thats why i am here. Good luck everyone!!
I found for me, the best way I could lose weight has been to pay close attention to the calories going in - and not to make them too low. Have you checked out or ? They're both sites for tracking calories, nutrition and exercise.

Welcome aboard. It's all about energy balance. I don't care how you create a deficit in energy, either nutritionally or through increased activity, it will work.
