i am about to start a high protein diet and was wondering how this sounds for starts: I tried to set up a couple meal ideas for each meal. suggestions would be great.


Breakfast:
- Egg Whites w/ 1/2cup cottage cheese, slice of toast (22 grams)
- Serving of Oatmeal with toast (milk)
- Drink: water

Protein Shake – 2 scoops

Lunch:
- Chicken Breast, salad
- Tuna, with salad
- Drink: water

Protein Shake- 2 scoops (40 grams)

30 min treadmill
30 min of weightlifting

Protein Shake- 1 scoop

Dinner:
- Chicken Breast, salad
- Tuna, with salad
- Shrimp with salad
- Drink: water

Nothing to eat 3 hrs before bed
 
I think it would be helpful if you included your height, weight, activity level and goals. Your menu plan does not look like enough calories.
