Newb needs help.

Hi, I'm Simon, 19, and from England.

I currently weigh 95kg and want to be 85kg for when I go on holiday in 11 weeks.

I have changed my diet over the last few weeks, and been doing some cardio work on the cycle and treadmill. This has been helping but not as much as I want it to. I'm going to add in some resistance training too starting Monday. I normally work out 4 - 5 times a week.

I really need to do a whole body workout. But I also really need to concentrate on my chest as its really embarrassing for me, as they stick out more than I would like.

If anyone could recommend a decent exercise plan to follow then I would greatly appreciate it. I need to get rid of these moobs asap to be comfortable taking my top off on holiday!
 
You say that you have changed your diet - but you do not say how.

Both exercise and nutrition have a direct bearing on our weight.

Some foods can appear to be healthy but can be deceptively high in calories.
