Hi everyone,

Just joined and hoping you can all help me!
I currently weigh 223lb and want to get down to 150lb, I'm terrible at diets so I'm hoping this time ill be able to stick to it with all ur support :) x
 
Welcome Harmony1988, I'm very new too. I'm sure you'll find good solutions and support here. For one, think of all the good your doing for the body to slim down and eat healthy, it's a lifestyle change rather than a diet.

I am fairly new too! Trying to lose 80lbs. Down from 221 to 213 so far. Good luck and let's support each other!
 
Welcome to the forum. Its great to see another English person here. My husband is from Twickenham - so very much your neck of the woods in London...

I have to say that I agree with Knotty that the key thing is to consider it a lifestyle change and not a diet... The great thing about doing it as a lifestyle change is that you really do not have to go through x weeks of pure hell and starvation... There really is no reason to ever feel hungry... If you change your food plan so that you eat very healthily and are fairly active - the pounds will drop and your weight loss dreams will come true. I used to be a lot heavier than you (21 stone) so know what I'm talking about with this.
