Hi everyone :)


After several months of more or less going this alone, I decided I wanted to find some support from people who understand what I'm going through / trying to accomplish.


At 22, I finally topped out at 275 (I'm 5'5") and was so uncomfortable in my own body, I decided I finally needed to do something concrete about it. I started exercising every day (stationary bike and Wii fit) and switched between low-cal diets and low-carb diets. I found both worked, and that switching between the two helped me not to get bored with them. I'm at 235 right now, and though I still have a ways to go, the difference in 40 pounds has been incredible.


So anyway... that's all :)

Congrats on the loss!!!! It's a great feeling to see and feel the results. Welcome to the Forum, there is a lot of good information and people who can help in here!
 
Hey! Congrats on your loss so far.


I used to come on here a LONG time ago, so I feel new again, lol. I did well, then stopped trying and gained most of the weight back. Fast forward, I had a baby, she's almost 7 months old and I've lost the pregnancy weight but still need to lose a bunch. I'm at approx 192 right now and want to get down to 140, maybe less.
